De Toilet - 10/01/2005

The toilet in our bathroom started to do funny things like stink and leak nasty water everywhere. Lisa wasn't going to put up with that. Rather than pay a plumber $200 to come out and re-seal the toilet, Lisa decided she wanted to replace it with a more modern toilet (and one that sits ~4" higher than the old one). So we did! Robert didn't participate here because his exact words were "I don't touch crappers, s#!t has been there!" so we decided not to include him in this adventure.

The tank from 1976 (December 04 PM to be exact) is removed.

It works! It didn't even need any adjustments!


Nice! Now it needs an acid test to find out if it works!


And it does!

Yeah! We can install a toilet, is there no limit to what we can do or where we can go?! This toilet is ultra-modern AND is 4" taller than our old one on the bowl, so it's like sitting in a chair. No more legs falling asleep due to being taller than the average person!
